Sausage Cheese Balls

I can't think of a holiday or southern gathering that doesn't involve this recipe!

2 lbs. (32oz.) sausage, uncooked
1.5 cups biscuit mix
16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Once cooled they can be frozen for up to 3 months. Yields about 6 dozen.
