I can't believe the Super Bowl is just weeks away! I love hosting a BIG party, but think that this year we'll probably go to a friend's house instead. I thought I'd share with you guys a dip that I created (kind of by accident) about 6 years ago. It makes a LOT, but we don't ever have any of it left since it is so good!
1 lb. beef, browned and drained
1 can refried beans
1 16 oz. jar of your favorite salsa
1 large Velveeta cheese brick
1 small jar sliced black olives, drained
1 large bag of your favorite tortilla chips
Pour all ingredients minus the chips into a large crockpot. Cook on low heat until fully melted. Serve with chips. Enjoy!
