Broccoli Cheese Casserole

I remember eating this dish often at my grandmother's home for Sunday dinner with the family. It's extremely easy to prepare and leftovers are killer! Enjoy!

1 (16oz.) package frozen broccoli
1 cup cream of chicken soup (98% fat free okay)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free okay)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (reduced fat okay)
1 egg
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs (we like Ritz)

Cook broccoli in large pot with water until tender. In large mixing bowl, mix soups together. Add egg, mayo and cheese to soups. Drain broccoli well and add to mixture. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake in a preheated 350 over for about an hour. Add crackers to top of casserole the last 15 minutes of baking.

*You can substitute the cracker crumbs for french fried onion toppers.
