Last week my mom called me up to the kitchen and gave me this little snowman mug. She thought it would be perfect for me to drink hot cocoa in while she has her morning coffee.*Here's a recipe my friend Kelly shared with me. Enjoy!
¾ cup powdered nondairy creamer
½ cup nonfat dry milk powder
½ cup of milk chocolate chips
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
6 cups water
marshmallows for topping, optional
Place all ingredients minus marshmallows into medium saucepan. Mix well and bring it to a boil.
