I'm too lazy to take a picture of this dish so you'll just have to trust me that it tastes as great as it looks!!! I got this recipe from my friend Joanne. Enjoy!
2, 12oz. packages of broccoli slaw
1, 8oz. package of shredded Mozzarella
1 lb. of cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
1, 8oz. package of chopped walnuts
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 cup mayonnaise (I used low fat)
2 tbsp. vinegar (could really use any kind you have on hand)
1/2 cup sugar
Mix salad items together and put aside. In a small bowl mix together items for dressing. About 30 minutes before serving add dressing to salad mix.
