Peanut Butter Heath Bar Cookies

1/2 cup butter (room temp)
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth only)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 bag Heath Bar pieces (found next to the chocolate chips on the baking aisle)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients minus Heath Bar pieces together with electric mixer. Fold in Heath Bar pieces with wooden spoon. Spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

**I doubled the recipe which meant I used the entire bag of Heath Bar pieces. If you don't want to make all the cookies now you can freeze the batter for up to 3 months in a ziploc bag.
