Sloppy Joe Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can (15.5 oz.) Sloppy Joe sauce
1 can (11 oz. ) Mexicorn, drained
1 cup bisquick
1 ½ cup Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup water

Preheat oven to 425. In large skillet brown the meat and onion together. Drain any fat. Add ¾ of the can of Mexicorn and all of the Sloppy Joe sauce to meat and onion mixture. Pour into a baking dish sprayed with Pam. In a small bowl, mix the bisquick, water, ½ cup cheese and remainder of the Mexicorn until combined. Spoon over Sloppy Joe mixture dropping by the dollop. Bake for 15-20 minutes until topping is lightly browned. About two minutes before it’s done add the 1 cup of cheese to the top of the casserole and let melt. Once out of the oven let casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.

I like this kind of meal. All in one dishes. This would make a good Friday night meal for me. I mean us.
