Southwest Cheese Soup

If you're counting Calories then this is probably not the dish for you. But if you're in the mood for something totally comforting, then give it a try!

1 loaf (l lb.) Velveeta cheese product, cubed
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1 cup milk

In a large saucepan, mix together all ingredients. Cook over med./low heat 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
