Cheeseburger Pie

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350. In skillet over med/high heat brown ground beef and sauté onion together. Drain fat. Pour meat and onion into a greased glass pie plate. Cover with cheese. In small bowl mix together remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4.

*This is such an EASY recipe. Don’t be limited by the ingredients I have listed above. You could substitute the Cheddar cheese for pepper jack or even use reduced fat Bisquick if you’d like. Next time I make it I think I’m going to add a little garlic to mine. Have fun with this one!

Oh, this looks so delicious. I've made something similar to this before but never this exact recipe. I may have to give it a try. My husband loves ground beef, and I'm always looking for different ways to use it.

YUM! I'm doing a new thing on my blog where I'm trying a new recipe every week. I already have one for next week, but I think I'll do this one for the week after, and of course I'll include a link to you!
