Taco Pie

I am LOVING this new recipe that I found!!! It's so EASY to put together and tastes so GOOD! It serves 4 people and is great for using up taco night leftovers.
1/2 cup taco beef/turkey
1/2 cup fat free refried beans
1/4 cup mild chunky salsa
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough

In a pie plate lay out crescent roll pieces to line the bottom of the plate as well as the sides. Sprinkle 1 cup of tortilla chips on top of crescent roll dough. In a small bowl, mix together taco beef/turkey, refried beans and salsa. Pour over chips and gently spread it (I used the back of a small spoon and it worked perfectly) evenly from side to side. Spread the sour cream on top of the meat mixture. Sprinkly cheese on top of sour cream. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Pull out and top with remaining 1 cup of chips and bake for another 5 minutes. Let sit for about 5 minutes on a cool surface so it can set up and then serve. Enjoy!

*If you are using a glass pie plate you'll want to preheat and cook the dish at 325!!!
**You can substitute reduced fat products for just about everything listed in the recipe to cut down on the fat and calories.
***Feel free to add other items you may have leftover from taco night!

I am having trouble getting your new posts to show up and I haven't seen any updates on my blogroll but I know you have been writing. When I try to add you to my blogroll it says that URL can not be found. Any suggestions?
